About
SCHOOL ASSISTANCE AND INTERVENTION TEAMS PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY (SAIT-PLC)
The purpose of the SAIT-PLC is to build the capacity of SAIT Providers and Leads. The SAIT-PLC will constitute the California Department of Education’s technical assistance strategy for approved Providers of School Assistance Intervention Teams. A key feature of the site is the development of a common understanding of the measurement of the Essential Program Components (EPCs). Because of the critical role that SAIT Providers play in helping state-monitored schools, it is important that Providers and Leads share a common understanding of the work and agree about what constitutes levels of implementation of each EPC.
APPROVED PROVIDERS
SAIT Providers and Leads are expected to log onto the site at least once a month and are encouraged to do so more often to stay current with state-monitored school improvement issues.
FEEDBACK
Your participation and comments are important. In order to make this site a viable professional learning community, please provide feedback on the activities to CDE and the CA CC at WestEd in the Discussion area of the Website.
